红外线广泛用于工业加热或烘干,如汽车、塑料、印刷、玻璃、纺织、食品、金属零件、线路板封装、胶片及电子邻域等表面加热烘干固化的工艺流程,也可用于温室保温和医疗保健。
Infrared is widely applied in industrial heating or drying,which can be used in surface heating and drying-curing process ,such as automotive, plastics, printing, glass, textile, food, metal parts, circuit boards packaging, films and electronic neighborhood ,and can also be used in greenhouse heat preservation, and healthcare.

红外线灯管是根据热辐射原理制成的,灯管内的钨丝在电压作用下将电能转变为红外线辐射波,波长介乎780nm至1mm之间。它是热力物体所发的强力辐射,故又称为热辐射,在丝网印刷中使油墨加速干燥,通常使用红外线IR-A(780nm-1400nm)。一般红外线灯分为近红外线灯及远红外线灯。
Infrared lamp tube, in which the tungsten wire will turn electrical energy into infrared radiation, the wavelength of which is between 780mm and 1mm, is produced on the principle of thermal radiation. The wave is a powerful radiation of thermodynamic objects, so it is also known as thermal radiation, which accelerates the drying of the printing ink. Infrared IR-A (780nm-1400nm) is typically used. Infrared lamps are usually divided into near infrared light and far infrared light.

A、远红外线灯IR-C (3000-1000000nm)采用乳白石英管或陶瓷管制作其特点:升温速度快,加热均匀,穿透性好,热惯性小,达到元件恒温时间只需1-3分钟,电能辐射转换效率高达到60%-75%, 冷热不炸裂,节能使用寿命长
A. Far infrared lamps are made of Milky quartz or ceramic tube. The characteristic is fast heating up, uniform heating, good penetration, small thermal inertia. It just needs 1-3 minutes to reach the component temperature, and the high power radiation conversion efficiency reaches 60%-75%. It will not crack in hot or cold condition, with the features of energy saving and long service life.

B近红外线灯 IR-A (780-1400nm,1400-3000nm)其特点:升温时间迅捷,效率高,加热过程控制灵活方便,灯管分为单管、双管和直管形式。
B. Near infrared lamps IR-A (780-1400nm,1400-3000nm), the characteristic of which is fast heating up, high efficiency, and the convenient control in the heating process, such lamp tubes are divided into single-pipe form, double pipe form and straight pipe form.
为提高热效率,节省电能也可在单、双管红外灯不同角度涂敷高效耐用的涂金反射层,从而凸显96%以上的辐射效率,延长灯的使用寿命。
To improve thermal efficiency and save energy, the different angles of the single and double -pipe infrared lamp can be coated with high performance and durable gold-coated reflective layer to achieve above 96% emission efficiency and extend the service life of the lamp.
涂金发射层可大幅降低背面非加热方向之温度,减少设备或炉体之高温,并可省去反射罩之使用。镀金或镀陶瓷反射层可集中热能于加热方向,提高热效率并节省电能。
Gold-coated reflective layer can considerably lower the temperature of non-heating in the reverse side, reducing the high temperature of equipment and furnace body and saving the reflector. Gold-plated or ceramic–plated reflective layer can concentrate heat in the heating direction to improve the heat efficiency and save electric energy.
灯管表面温度低于 800 ℃ ,建议使用镀金反射层,更高温度则建议使用可耐温 1000 ℃ 之镀陶瓷反射层。
It is recommended to use gold-plated layer when the lamp surface temperature is lower than 800 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 800 ℃, it is recommended to use ceramic-plated reflection layer, which can resist 1000 ℃.
除标准之 180 度(半圆)镀层,可按用户用求制作,270 度( 3/4 圆)、或其他角度之镀层设计。
Except the standard plated layer of 180 degrees (semi-circle), the plated layer of 270 degrees (3/4 circle) and other angles can be produced according to the users requirements.
